DETAILS: Want to make a difference? Get ready to flex your environmental muscles. Fairfax County’s Community-wide Energy and Climate Action Plan (CECAP) needs a strong environmental voice. Addressing our greenhouse gas emissions now is a wise investment in our future. The Fairfax County CECAP is unique in that it is being developed by the community, for the community. It will outline greenhouse gas reduction goals for the county, while recommending strategies and actions that community members can take on a voluntary basis to help reach the goals.
