We are pleased to announce the winner of last week's Monday Nature Mystery, Melanie Natoli

Congratulations to Melanie for correctly identifying Buttonbush (Cephalanthus occidentalis) as our Monday Nature Mystery. This semi-aquatic plant is tough! It can be found along streams and riverbanks as well as in standing water. It is deciduous and when blooming, it’s a magnet for pollinators.
